Recipe: Mint Lemmo
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups mint leaves
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups water
1 lemon sliced
Directions:
Put everything into a large saucepan, bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and let stand for 1 hour.
Strain the syrup, return it to the pan, and bring it to a boil.
Over low heat, let simmer for about 15 minutes until it is syrupy.
Pour it into a very clean bottle.
